Terms and Conditions (These Terms and Conditions are applicable on our 5X Revenue Generation Plan only)

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging with Ivanshigo.com for our marketing services. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Service Engagement

1. You agree to engage Ivanshigo.com for the specified marketing services as outlined in the signed agreement or proposal.
2. The duration of the engagement will be as stated in the agreement or proposal, with a minimum contract duration of six months.

Payment

1. Payment for the services rendered by Ivanshigo.com shall be made according to the agreed-upon payment terms and schedule.
2. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension or termination of services.
3. All fees and charges mentioned are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

1. Ivanshigo.com retains all intellectual property rights to any materials, content, or strategies developed or provided during the engagement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any deliverables provided by Ivanshigo.com solely for your internal business purposes.

Confidentiality

1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
2. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from the disclosing party, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

1. Ivanshigo.com shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the services provided.
2. The total liability of Ivanshigo.com, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific services rendered during the engagement.

Termination

1. Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice within the terms specified in the agreement or proposal.
2. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees and charges shall become immediately due and payable.

Governing Law

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ivanshigo.com is located.
2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
