- Total Maintenance Amount Paid: The cumulative sum of all maintenance fees remitted by the Client up to the date of cancellation.
3. Services
Ivanshigo Group provides three tiers of website development packages, encompassing a gratis domain, hosting, SSL, and supplementary features. These packages are priced at $27, $57, and $97 per month respectively.
4. Payment
All monetary transactions are processed with unwavering security through Stripe, a trusted payment gateway. The Client is obligated to remit the subscription fee pertinent to their chosen package at the initiation of each billing cycle.
5. Maintenance
- The Client bears the responsibility for the disbursement of monthly maintenance fees associated with their elected package. These fees encompass technical support, website backup, hosting, domain, updates, security, performance optimization, and an array of additional services.
- For the $27 package, the monthly maintenance cost stands at $97. For the $57 package, the monthly maintenance cost rises to $147. For the $97 package, the monthly maintenance cost ascends to $197.
6. Cancellation
- The Client retains the prerogative to terminate their subscription at any juncture. Nonetheless, in the event of such termination, the ensuing stipulations apply:
- For the $27 package, a termination fee tantamount to 6 months’ worth of maintenance charges minus the aggregate maintenance fees remitted thus far shall be exacted.
- For the $57 package, a termination fee tantamount to 6 months’ worth of maintenance charges minus the aggregate maintenance fees remitted thus far shall be exacted.
- For the $97 package, a termination fee tantamount to 6 months’ worth of maintenance charges minus the aggregate maintenance fees remitted thus far shall be exacted.
7. Liability
- Ivanshigo Group shall not be held accountable for any loss or damage stemming from the utilization or incapacity to utilize our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, downtime, or financial losses incurred.
- Ivanshigo Group disclaims any responsibility for third-party services or products recommended or employed in conjunction with our services.
8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
